National Foods is the brain child of late Shri. Punamlal S. Joshi. We started off with the traditional grinding mill & factory with premises of just 200 sq. feet area. Since then we have never looked back. Our spicy journey is now in progress with new vision, ideas & technology under the able guidance of Mr. Sanjay J. Joshi son of Shri. Jasubhai P. Joshi. Today we proudly present ourselves as one of the largest manufacturers & exporters of Asafoetida (Hing) & Spices.

Infrastructure
We own the largest and the 1st plant in India for Hing. The plant is setup in 35,000 sq. feet area at Waghodia, a fast developing town in Gujarat. Our modern and fully automatic plant, equipped with modern technology comprises of humidity free, control systems in the manufacturing area. Drying temperature & mixing of hing is controlled by timer. We also ensure the quality of our products matches the standards set by govt. approved Agmark laboratory. Stringent quality control norms are maintained to retain the characteristic aroma of Hing and to give best quality products.
Quality
National Foods maintains highest standard of quality & reliability. A separate quality control team comprising of experienced, qualified & skilled personnel oversee the blending of hing powder. Our present capacity is 3 tonnes per day. Our plant is equipped with latest laboratory instruments for testing the quality at every step. A separate R&D laboratory is dedicated for product development. Sufficient care is taken towards hygiene to ensure customer satisfaction. Online pouch packing is done as per HACCP standards.
Packaging
Our company offers different sizes to suit the varying requirements of the client. 10gms, 25gms, 50gms, 250gms, 500gms & 1kg in poly pouch and plastic container. For bulk buyers and for institutional supply, our company offers special corrugated tins of 1kg, 5kg, 25kg, 50kg & 100kg.
